- Should you be unhappy, for any reason, with a phone reading or consultation, you may ask for a full refund within 5 minutes of starting the reading/consultation. You will receive a full refund.
- If you have already paid for a reading/consultation but not yet had the reading/consultation, you will receive a full refund at request by email or phone.
- If you ask for a refund after 5 minutes of a reading/consultation, you will receive a partial refund equivalent to the consultation/reading time unused.

- There are two methods available for payment: Credit/debit card taken over the phone, and credit/debit card taken by our merchant online
- For payments made by phone, once we have processed the payment on your behalf, we do not retain or store these details. We also do not pass these details to any 3rd party at any time.
- For payments made online, once your payment has been processed by our merchant, we do not retain or store any of your payment details. These details are not passed to a 3rd party.
- We do retain your name and phone number for record keeping purposes, we will not call you for marketing purposes or pass these details to any 3rd party.
- Your conversations, whether by email or phone, are always kept completely confidential.
